High ranking for keyword "Balderson" & #1 for "Balderson Village"

For the right person (or web firm) this could be a reasonably profitable site:
- generating revenue via Click Through Ads
- and as a marketing avenue for the local shops.

I had maintained this site for many years after Balderson Cheese and several other location openned, closed or changed hands. I had thought to one day put some time into a social network marketing effort focused on Day Trippers in the Ottawa Valley Area, but other projects have simply taken up my time. So I'm selling the domain, in the hopes that someone interested in the expanding field of online marketing, will take it on and develop a mutually beneficial site for both developer and the retailers of Balderson Village. I'm not looking to make a profit off this domain sale, but I would like to recoup the cost of keeping it alive for this long.
